REFUND POLICY:
The refund policy relates to the refunding of funds donated to the Trust by individual and corporate sponsors.
Where the funds are donated as a result of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or a contract the terms of reference relating to the refund policy of that MOU or Agreement apply. Where the funds donated relate to an individual sponsor the following guidelines apply: the overarching principle is that if a donor requests a refund and reasonable grounds exist for the refund to be granted, then a refund should favorably be considered. The test for reasonable grounds is objective as opposed to subjective. The guideline is that each case should be considered on its own merits. In order to discourage sponsor making rash decisions to request a refund it is recommended that a refund policy not be published and publically disclosed.
